What are illegal notes?

I’m trying to transcribe a piece on MBC and there is note that it flags as illegal note. What is an illegal note? I can’t just omit the particular note because it is part of the melody. Is there a way to get around those illegal notes? Thanks.

They are basically notes that while able to play on the software will not actually be able to play on a music box movement with a paper strip. This happens when the same note is played too closely to itself in succession (so if you wanted to play doubles or tripplets of the same note it would only work if you stretched out the distance of the notes).
