Remove all RPM data without dialog (error on open)

Is there a way to remove or reset all of the RPManager data from a file without using the option in the Customize menu? Whenever I try and open the RPManager dialog I get a "unknown system exception" error and I'm hoping this clears it up. RPManager runs fine in other files so it's specific to something in this scene. RPM used to work just fine in this file but somewhere along the way an error crept in.
