Missing part of MultimatteElement interface in RPM

Hey Grant,
We have a workstation, that will not display the full MultimatteElement interface in RPmanager. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling - tried a RPManager.ini from a workstation with no problems - tried running as admin - with no luck. Any ideas? (see attached screenshot)
Cheers,
/Nick

what happens if you change the height of the RPManager dialog, to make it taller, and smaller, and taller again?
i'm pretty sure I have seen dialogs come back, doing this trick?

Stony!!
- nothing happens, unfortunately. It's like the "cut-off" is permanently fixed to a given size - maybe it's defined somewhere in a .ini-file?
Thanks though buddy

What version of max and vray are you using, I just checked this again, and here it works, with max 2019.3 and vray next update 3!
also does this happen on all machines, or just one?

Well - it has actually occured on another machine in the meantime.
We're pretty consistently running the following versions at the moment:
MAX 2019.3
Vray Next upd.2 (should probably update that)
RPM version 6.721
- most of the installations have no problems, but a few have, and they are absolutely unresponsive to scaling (just reconfirmed it here).
I don't have any issues on my workstation, with the same software versions - so it's not really a very consistent bug/issue. We can of course tweak the missing parameters through the standard MAX interface, but... well... it's not ideal.
