Hello,

We are using RPmanager for a few years now and we love it.

We are facing a little problem at the moment.
We send our renders to deadline via the RPmanager panel. But we uncheck some settings before sending it over the renderfarm.
The problem is we have to do it every time we send to the network. The preference are not saved. So we loose a lot of time to check if the settings are uncheck.

It's there something we are doing wrong ? Is the a file we can edit and set as a preset for RPmanager ?

Is this for all scenes or just some?

The settings for deadline should be saved for each pass. If you could try changing the settings, and before submitting if you change to another pass and then back again, are the settings immediately lost?

It's for all scenes.

If i change the settings and switch to an other pass and go back to the pass, the settings are still correct. If a close RP and re-ope it, still ok.
But if i close Max. Re-open the file and open RPMananger, the settings are back to their default for each pass (Only in the network tab for sure).

That sounds like the data is fine until the scene is reopened, which is very odd.

What version of 3dsmax? Also, could you set up a simple 2 pass scene that has custom settings per pass *at the time you save it*, and send me both the saved file (before reopening) and a screenshot of what the settings should be? I'll see if I can repro in the meantime, I'm about to dig into why the deadline 10 UI doesn't load properly in RPM so I'm in the deadline space so to speak.
