RPManager for 3dsmax 2019

Is there any chance the current installer for RPManager will work in 3dsmax 2019, or do we need to wait for an update from you.

It's an sdk breaking release, so it'll need an update.

I compiled all the plugins yesterday, next is to update the installer and then some basic testing, shouldn't be long.
